Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I know that my order and payment have been received?
    As soon as you placed your order and payment is done, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and an email with your payment details.


  2. How do I know when my parcel has been shipped?
    As soon as we get your order ready, you will get an email that the parcel is ready to be shipped. Via a tracking code you are able to follow the shipping of your order.


  3. Can I pay by bank transfer?
    
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you can contact us here.
    (Clearly state: trademark, name of the article, color and the desired size).
 We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible with the payment details. 



  4. Can I order from abroad?
    Yes, you can order from abroad! 
Please note that you always identify the correct shipping address (and country in your account) and then the shipping charges are automatically calculated.

  5. Can I return my order? (clothes, accessories, socks, shoes)
    Returning or exchanging your order is always possible within a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of your order.

  6. Can I return beauty & care products?
    Return Policy - for all beauty & care products (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, conditioner, deodorant, scrub, beauty & care products, nail polish, make-up etc):
    For hygienic reasons, these type of products cannot be returned nor refunded. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us first on +32 16 30 99 98 or email hello@swaystore.be as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 14 days.


  7. My size is no longer on the product page?
    If the size is no longer on the product page, this article is unfortunately no longer available in this size.
    If you sign up for our newsletter, you will be kept informed when new collections
    arrive and/or new supplies.


  8. Can I pay with ecocheques & consumptiecheques?
    Yes, you can! The paper cheques as well as the electronic ones (Monizze, Sodexo, Edenred). But for now only in our shop in Leuven, not online.
