Article 2: Applicability:
With every order that the customer places at SWAYSTORE.be,
the consumer/customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
Article 3: Prices:
1. All prices listed on www.swaystore.be are in euros including 21% VAT
and excluding shipping costs.
2. Woodlane BVBA reserves the right to adjust prices at any time and/or correct it. Woodlane BVBA is not responsible for incorrect price entries by mistake.
3. The product photos may show extra items (e.g. decoration or accessories) that are not part of the product and so are not included in the price.
4. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight, in certain cases (purchases over a certain amount/or promotional) there will be no shipping costs charged.
5. The products remain the property of Woodlane BVBA until the price is fully paid.
Article 4: Quality & images:
1. The images of products may exhibit slight variations of the original
product. The setting and quality of your display can play a role.
2. We make every effort to offer a satisfactory solution if there are defects/production errors to the products offered on the site. In that case please contact us here, with a clear definition of any defects/production errors and with a photo of the error/damage.
Article 5: Payment:
The customer can pay via the following payment options:
* Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS
Your parcel is sent as soon as we have received your payment.
Article 6: Right to return:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and/or to return the delivered products without paying any fine or giving any reason, within 14 calendar days after entering into the contract or the delivery of the products. The shipping costs for the return of these products shall be borne by the buyer. The returned products will be refunded as soon as they are back in the possession of Woodlane BVBA (but no later than 30 days after the return). When you as a customer wish to return a product, this product should be located in the original condition: the product should not be worn and/or damaged and must therefore be sent back with the original labels to:

- Returns must be accompanied by a completed return form
- Return Policy - for all beauty & care products (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, conditioner, deodorant, scrub, beauty & care products, nail polish, make-up etc):
For hygienic reasons, these type of products cannot be returned nor refunded. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us first on +32 16 30 99 98 or email email@example.com as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 14 days.
- Sway/Woodlane BVBA is not responsible for any custom fees the customer has to pay to receive his/her order. If returning an item/parcel, all charges or custom fees are for the returner/customer to pay.
Important information: Customs don't release a parcel until the charges/custom fees are fully paid. This can easily run up to 100€ fee per parcel. If this charge is not paid, Sway/Woodlane BVBA will not be able to refund any returned items/parcels or customs fees.
Article 7: Delivery and Shipping
SWAY attempts to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Our deadlines (see 7.2) are indicative and are given merely as an indication. SWAY can not be held responsible for delays incurred beyond our control.
The buyer brings the delivery address to SWAY. If this address is found to be incorrect, it is the responsibility of the buyer and additional costs may apply.
7.2 Delivery time
For Belgium: as soon as we receive your payment we will get your order ready for delivery. Within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment, we will send your parcel by bpost (postal service) and is delivered at home, normally within 24 hours after dispatch.
Netherlands: as soon as we receive your payment, we will get your order ready for delivery. Within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment, we will send your parcel by bpost (postal service) or DPD and is delivered at home, normally within 3 working days.
Rest of Europe: as soon as we receive your payment, we will get your order ready for delivery. Within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment, we will send your parcel by bpost (postal service) or DPD and is delivered to your home, usually within 6 working days.
SWAY can not be held responsible for delays in transmission by bpost or other delivery companies. In accordance with the law "remote buying" the maximum delivery is thirty days, unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not feasible for the buyer, they have the right to cancel the order at no additional cost.
7.3 Shipping Costs
We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates if necessary. Shipping costs are always clearly indicated on your order confirmation and your bill.
Shipping is free in Belgium with an order of €69.
If the amount is less than €69 the rate is €4,95.
If you need to send your order to another country, the shipping costs depend on the area in which the land is located. Below are the rates for each area. Click here to download the geographical areas.

7.4 Risk of shipping:
Woodlane BVBA is not responsible for loss, theft or damage while sending the products that you have ordered.
We pack our products in such a way that the risk of damage is almost impossible.
Article 8: Disputes:
Only the Belgian law is applicable to this site. In case of a dispute only the courts of Leuven have jurisdiction.

SWAY respects your privacy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and use this in order to meet your demand and to forward any information to you by SWAY.
